AD Linked is a Windows application that runs on a domain server or a PC connected to your domain. Using AD Linked control panel, you can create connection records which enable you to connect your on-premise Active Directory to your cloud based human resources management system, a CSV (comma-separated values) text file, or a Microsoft SQL server table and synchronize employee data with your Active Directory user objects.
Enterprise edition of AD Linked is licensed for unlimited number of connection records of any available type with unlimited number of users per connection. Please note, your license will be emailed to the email address you provide, separately after purchase.
By using an easy to create connection record between your cloud human resource management system (HRMS) and your Active Directory (AD), AD Linked will synchronize data stored in the HRMS employee information fields with corresponding attributes in AD. This process protects data integrity, avoids data entry errors, tightens security, and saves IT staff time. AD users are created, updated, and disabled when HR staff create or update employee data establishing the HRMS as the Single Source of Truth (SSOT). Currently, AD Linked supports the following as its source systems:
